Success Agreement

The purpose of the Success Agreement is to ensure our solutions are successful in your organization by aligning them with your business processes, properly training users and receiving feedback, and providing ongoing support. We combine our expertise and software to ensure success.


The client is entitled to our base solutions at no cost for use on unlimited Domino servers and Notes clients, if management agrees to the following:

Success Agreement

To ensure success, both SGA and the client agree to work together to accomplish the following components:

  • ensure infrastructure is reliable (computers, networks, software);
  • identity an internal solution champion who is a subject matter expert with project responsibility, authority and compensation;
  • gain management buy-in, usage and adequate budget;
  • design a solution which reflects current business processes;
  • schedule effective end-user training and quality feedback;
  • ensure source information is accurate and up-to -date;
  • provide responsive end-user support;
  • plan for the cultural change required;
  • instill discipline.
In addition, the client agrees to pay SGA for the following services:
  • Align solution with business processes - Every solution requires modifications and enhancements to meet the unique needs of each firm. SGA will provide design, modifications, and enhancement services to the base solution(s).
  • Strategic Interchange - The purpose, business process changes and technical aspects of the solution must be properly conveyed to users. Of equal importance, users will give critical feedback. SGA will provide in-depth hands-on training to ensure users understand the objectives, business processes and Notes Client collaborative techniques.
  • Ongoing Support - Ongoing support is critical to the success of any solution. SGA will provide application support on an as-needed basis and is billed hourly.
